Auto Assault (PC)
Content Designer 2005—2006
Auto Assault was a grim post-apocalyptic vehicle-based MMORPG. Taking on the role of a human, mutant, or biomek soldier, you roved across a futuristic wasteland fighting mutated creatures, rag-tag survivors, and your rival players.
As a content designer, I came on to the project half-way through production and was asked to expand and improve the content in the zones created for the biomek faction.
Wrote dialogue and designed goals for hundreds of missions.
Designed and scripted elaborate story missions in instanced zones.
Worked with a lead content designer and level designer to perform a balancing and improvement pass over all biomek content.
Wrangled and contorted the game’s scripting system to make a unique sport-like multiplayer minigame.
